Xiaomi has started sending out new Oreo update to Mi A1

Oreo update to Mi A1 now rolling out, after Xiaomi suspended  the update on Friday. It took the Chinese company only 2 days to start sending out new Oreo update for the Android One device –  MI A1, after it was noticed that the first update has so many irritating bugs.

The current updates has now rectify the issues complained by the users of the first update, such as Bluetooth battery drain, random reboots. It has also restore the fingerprint reader gesture functionality, while also moving the security patch to January.

Luckily for those who installed the initial update, you won’t be spending much on downloading this time because the new update is just 89MB. But for those still stocked on Nougat, you will be downloading a file of 1,112MB.
