Xiaomi launched the Redmi 5 Plus back in December. The device was later released to the market on the 12, which is for now only available through official Chinese channels. Since after the release, the device has already got two update, though it is the Chinese version that has been getting the update.
The first update that hit the Redmi 5 Plus arrived with a model version MIUI.V184.108.40.206 NEGECNEK stable, weighing about 1.4GB. Now the same device has received a new update weighing about 59MB. Along with the update is fixes for bugs and improved system stability.
