With the recent outbreak of Coronavirus, employers all over the world have asked their employees to work from home. This move has seen Network providers being asked to give free data to their subscriber as a way of helping down cut down on what they spend on data working from home.

It seems Glo is the first network in Nigeria to introduce a new data bundle with great value for money. The new Glo data bundle gives you a whopping 1.25GB for just N200.00.
The plan is available to everyone, and it usable during the day, but only on Sundays. What it means is that you can only use the data on Sundays, and it’s only valid for one Sunday.
Meanwhile, if you want extra value for your money, there’s a Glo weekend plan that gives you 3GB for N500.00. The plan runs from Saturday to Sunday. To get started, dial *777# and follow the screen instructions, or you can check the steps below.
How to activate the new Glo data bundle plan
- Make sure you have at least 200.00 balance
- Dial *777#
- Select option 1 ” Buy Data “
- Select option 1 again ” Buy Data plan “
- Choose between ” auto-renewal or One-off “
- Select option 7 ” Night and weekend plans”
- Select option 4 “1.25GB 1Day Sun” or
- Option 5 ” 3GB 2Days SAT-SUN”
Depending on the option you select, Glo will deduct the corresponding fee and credit you with either 1.25GB or 3GB data.
Note: this new Glo data bundle that gives you 1.25GB for 200.00 can not be transferred to other subscriber and can only be used for 1 Sunday. Your remaining data balance will be wiped off or becomes inactive once the 1day duration pass. It better to use up your data, maybe download some movies.
