The latest offering from POCO is now officially. The POCO C3 has now joined the likes of POCO X2, M2, M2 Pro, and the recently unveiled POCO X3. It’s the most affordable of them all with an asking price of $103, which can rise to $122.
As the rumor mill predicted, the POCO C3 is a rebadged Redmi 9C with few tweaks and omissions. The back panel is a two-tone pattern design for a better grip and will also reduce fingerprint stamps. Arranged at the top left is the camera sensor and LED flash. They sits in a square housing and consists of a primary 13MP snapper, 2MP depth sensor, and 2MP macro shooter, while the POCO crest comes right under.
Around the front panel is a 6.53-inch IPS LCD. It has a waterdrop notch, which houses the 5MP selfie snapper. The panel supports HD+ resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio, and under the hood is a MediaTek Helio G35 Octa-Core processor, paired with up to 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. It can be expanded with a Micro SD card.
Power is delivered via a 5000mAh battery, which promises ample gaming time. It supports 10W charging, unfortunately. Outside-of-the-box, POCO C3 will run MIUI 12 based on Android 10, making it eligible for the latest Android OS (11).
