With stable MIUI 12.5 now rolling out for several Xiaomi phones, it won’t be long till Redmi K30 Pro bags the update. That’ll see the rebadged version – POCO F2 Pro receive the update as well. The company recently rolled out the build to its premium Mi 11 Ultra / Pro. However, all releases have remained in China, but the global release isn’t far from now. It is recommended that you download and install the new stable update for POCO F2 Pro and Redmi K30 Pro as they bring the duo closer to receiving the much-anticipated update.
Interestingly, the package rolling out for the POCO F2 Pro weighs in at a massive 3.0GB. It possibly means the update brings more features, perhaps optimization more than ” camera can now recognize a document in real-time.” However, for an update as big as that, it should fix most of the bugs, optimize performance, and fortify the device ahead of the MIUI 12.5 upgrade.
Meanwhile, the build is exclusively for the European users of the POCO F2 Pro. It has a version number – MIUI 12.2.6.0 RJKEUXM – and is on a limited rollout. That means only a few selected users will receive it for preview, but you can download it via the link below. You can also download the new Redmi K30 Pro update with a build number – MIUI 12.2.4.0 RJKCNXM. It optimizes the system performance while “GPS toggle renames as location” and more.
It is still unclear when Xiaomi plans to start sending out that much-awaited MIUI 12.5 to these phones, but it shouldn’t be far again. You should keep an eye on our tracker page for all information regarding the update.
