[MIUI 12.5 released] Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite MIUI 12.5 update delayed in Europe

Xiaomi is currently pushing a new stable Mi 10T Lite update in Europe without the much-anticipated MIUI 12.5 build. The global versions bagged the update before it extended to Taiwan models, hinting at imminent release in Europe. However, it seems the rollout has been delayed in Europe as a new stable Mi 10T Lite update based on MIUI 12 is seeding in that region. As usual, the update is on a limited rollout, and it will take some days before it is released to the public.

As things stand now, this could be the last update before the Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite MIUI 12.5 update in Europe starts seeding. Hence, we recommend that you download and install the update when prompted to fortify the device ahead of the planned upgrade. Perhaps, few things need to be addressed before MIUI 12.5 starts seeding, which is probably why the current build is rolling out.

Meanwhile, the update has a version number – MIUI 12.0.4.0 RJSEUXM. From the update log, the build comes with a stable MIUI based on Android 11 and has bumped the Android security patch level to June 2021 to increase system security. It has adjusted how to access the control center and notification panel — open from the upper right corner to reveal Control Center and from upper left to open Notification Shade.
