While we are in the season of Android 13 OneUI 5, Samsung still disburses the Android 12 update to most of its Galaxy devices. The Galaxy Tab A7 Lite Android 12 update is now available.
The Android 12 update had a lot of anticipation around it before its debut and it brought in some interesting features. The software has been long rolled out to high-end smartphones, S22 is even on OneUI 5 now. That said, some low-end Galaxy smartphones are still getting a taste of Android 12.
The Galaxy Tab A7 Lite Android 12 update bears firmware version T225XXU1BVGB and it’s currently available for the SM-T225 model of the device. Speaking of availability, the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite Android 12 update is currently available in Germany and Hong Kong. More regions will be getting in on the update very soon.
What’s new?
Not only is the update Android 12, but the July SMR is making its way to the smartphone as well. We expect features from OneUI 4 like a Grammarly-powered keyboard, better RAM management, Material You, camera, and accessibility enhancements alongside security bumps.
That said, you can’t expect the update to be as sleek as it was on high-end flagship smartphones but it gives the device an amazing look. We’ve attached a few photos showing the features of the update, courtesy of SamMobile. You can however check the link at the end of the article for the full features of the update.
