Earlier, it was predicted that the OneUI 4.1.1 will be coming to larger screens based on the features offered by the update. Well, the Android 12L update for Galaxy Tab A7 is now available bringing in the features from OneUI 4.1.1.
Android 12L update being compatible with larger screens, had gotten to the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and possibly other foldables before Tab S7 rolling out now. The Android 12L update for Galaxy Tab S7 bears firmware versions T870XXU2CVH3 and T970XXU2CVH3 for the regular Galaxy Tab S7 and the Tab S7+ respectively.
The update will be rolling out in France and South Korea-other regions will suit soon. Adding to the Android 12L update for Galaxy Tab S7 is the August security patch bringing in bug fixes and vulnerability fixes while enhancing stability on the Tab.
What’s new?
The main feature of the OneUI 4.1.1 has to be the multitasking feat that’s very compatible with large screens. You’ll be able to switch between full-screen and split-screen mode as well as able to know the pinned apps via the Edge panel.
Furthermore, there are tweaks to Samsung Keyboard that enable users to extract text from images and even go further to translate the texts. Other software sections getting tweaks are the Samsung My Files, and Samsung internet among others.
