We’re accustomed to the new Android 13 and other software updates that have been since rolling out to high-end smartphones that we forget older smartphones – Samsung didn’t. The Samsung Galaxy A11 Android 12 update is now available.
The Galaxy A11 was released sometime in May 2020 with the Snapdragon 450 chipset under the hood with the Android 10. It received the Android 11 last year and now the Samsung Galaxy A11 Android 12 has arrived with the cool feature of OneUI 4.1. The Android 12 began rolling out late last year and it has gotten to most high-end and mid-range smartphones – with some even on the Android 13 currently. Well, it’s time for the older smartphones.
The Samsung Galaxy A11 Android 12 update bears firmware version A115FXXU3CVI3 and will be rolling out in South East Asia – more regions will follow suit in the coming weeks probably.
What’s new?
The update is bringing in cool features like the Material You Pallette, better RAM management, Grammarly powered keyboard, tweaks to many stock apps, new accessibility controls and a security boost. Yes, alongside the Samsung Galaxy A11 Android 12 update is the August SMR to keep the smartphone from some critical vulnerabilities.
