Meanwhile, in addition to the earlier leak revealing the model numbers of the POCO X5 5G series, FCC and BIS listings have shown this smartphone alongside some other features to expect. According to the listing, the smartphone houses a 4900 mAh battery, however, will be marketed as a 5000 mAh.
Some other details of the POCO X5 5G
On software, considering the MIUI 14 based on the Android 13 to arrive soon, no doubt the POCO X5 5G will be getting this software out of the box. Courtesy of this software, you should be free from ads and bloatware and of course, you’ll be getting all the UI enhancements and tweaks that come with it.
Also, the smartphone is said to support dual-band WiFi and 5G(specifically n5, n6, n38, n41, n77 and n78 5G bands). On display, the POCO X5 5G will probably be getting an IPS LCD with a whopping 120Hz refresh rate (although not surprising, that’s what most phone brands are going with on their mid-range and high-end smartphones.
Furthermore, powering this smartphone is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ chipset, although we have the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 series and the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. Still, inputting that will just be bumping the price up as it’s mid-range. That’s all we’ve got of the POCO X5 5G but once more leaks surface online, we’ll keep you posted. That said, let all leaks be taken with a pinch of salt as they are subject to change.
