Soft reset

To soft reset Fitbit Sense 2, follow these steps:

  • Press and hold the button on the left side of the watch for 10 seconds.
  • Release the button when the Fitbit logo appears.

Note: A soft reset will not erase any data from your watch. It is a troubleshooting step that can help if you’re experiencing issues with your watch. If you want to erase all data from your watch, you will need to perform a hard or factory reset.

Hard reset

To hard reset your Fitbit Sense 2, follow these steps:

  • On your device, go to the “Settings” menu.
