May 10, the date set aside for the Google I/O 2023, will see the unveiling of the Google Pixel 7a among other devices and probably software as well. While the anticipation keeps growing and leaks keep flying around, another leak surfaces that talks about the Google Pixel 7a price and availability. Let’s take a look at what we’ve got.
Further details on the Google Pixel 7a price
According to 9to5google, the Google Pixel 7a price is about $499, which is about $50 more than the predecessor. Well, we wouldn’t say this is a good time for an increase given the various situations in the world – from economic turbulence to war stories and many other crises. But Google insisted on adding that price increase, so why?
The Google Pixel 7a increase in price might be a result of the change in hardware and improvements generally. Google is updating the primary camera to a 64MP sensor flanked by a 13MP ultrawide sensor. Outside of the Tensor G2 SOC featured in the Pixel 7 and 7 Pro, the new 90hz display, and the long-awaited addition of wireless charging, this is a significant upgrade. These advancements are most certainly coming at a cost, which sadly means a greater price for customers.
As the high options are added to the Google pixel 7a, the low options are removed as well. And, of course, the Google Pixel 6a will cost lesser. Meanwhile, Jon Prosser has mentioned that the Google Pixel 7a will be announced at the Google I/O 2023, alongside the Google Pixel Fold most probably.
