It has been only a few days since HyperOS was presented Globally with a list of devices to get the update. The first batch of phones is already receiving the update, but it looks like Xiaomi has started the second wave of the rollout, with the Xiaomi 11T Android 14-based HyperOS update now rolling out.
Xiaomi 11T isn’t on the list of phones to receive HyperOS with the first wave of release, meaning it is on the second batch. With the device now getting the much-anticipated upgrade, it means Xiaomi has concluded the first wave. However, it seems only Mi Pilots members are getting the upgrade for preview before the public rollout commences.
As for the Xiaomi 11T Android 14-based HyperOS 1.0 update, it has a version number OS1.0.2.0 UKWMIXM and weighs 4.9GB. As expected, it delivers stable Android 14 while pushing the Android security patch level to November 2023. Also, it improves connectivity, animations, system performance, and some UI tweaks, with the Control center revamped. System apps like weather have been redesigned, while the device now supports multiple fonts.

Meanwhile, the update has not been released to the public. Only a few people are getting the upgrade, and even some registered Mi Pilots members have not received it. Usually, it takes two weeks for the preview, after which the update starts rolling out for the public, though you can download the ROM using the link below.
Before installation, your bootloader should be locked and your files backed up. Xiaomi phones with unlocked bootloaders will not receive HyperOS via OTA, and we doubt you can install it manually, as well.
