Xiaomi is working on a major upgrade that will deliver Android 15, but before that, the company is pushing a small update to improve performance and for a seamless transition to HyperOS 2.0. The update is rolling out for the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ in multiple regions, and you can finally install it.
There was no official announcement about the supposed HyperOS 1.5. It was initially thought to be exclusive to premium phones, but that’s not the case with Redmi Note 13 Pro+ getting the update. Currently, only a few people are getting the update, but we understand it’s live in many regions.
Redmi Note 13 Pro+ HyperOS 1.5 update is available in China with a version number OS1.0.6.0.UNOCNXM. In India, it is rolling out with a build number OS1.0.10.0.UNOINXM, OS1.0.4.0.UNOIDXM in Indonesia, OS1.0.4.0.UNORUXM, and OS1.0.4.0.UNOTRXM in Turkey. The rollout is a stable beta release and might take time to arrive on your device.
According to reports, there are multiple fixes after the update, with many people suggesting a factory reset after the upgrade resolved many bugs for them. However, ensure you backup your data before resetting your device, as the process will wipe everything on the device.
Meanwhile, the changelog points out some fixes and optimizations. The update, aside from resolving bugs, focuses on improving app performance by improving the pre-loading to enhance start-up speed. You can check the complete changelog below.
