We do not know the exact date the One UI 7 update will be available or the phones that will get it, but we now have an official list of Watches getting the stable One UI 6 Watch update. The rollout has already started in Korea, with other regions expected to start getting it soon.
The Stable One UI 6 Watch update was anticipated a month ago, but like the One UI 7 beta release, that didn’t happen. However, the Korean company has officially announced the release, starting today for older Galaxy Watches.
Stable One UI 6 Watch update rollout plan
The stable One UI 6 Watch is based on WearOS 5. It is already available for the Galaxy Watch 6, albeit limited to units in Korea. We expect expansion to other regions in the coming days and models. Below are all Galaxy Watches to receive the stable update soon.
- Galaxy Watch 6
- Galaxy Watch 6 Classic
- Galaxy Watch 5
- Galaxy Watch 5 Pro
- Galaxy Watch FE
- Galaxy Watch 4
- Galaxy Watch 4 Classic
We expect the update to bring some Galaxy Watch 7 features to older models. Energy Score, double pinch gesture, improved sleep tracking accuracy, and Workout Routine are all expected to arrive on older Watches with the latest release.
As expected, some AI features will be coming, like AI-suggested replies to messages. This is expected to make replying to messages on Smartwatches easy, plus the AI-powered personalization health tips based on your health and activity records.
