All the issues reported in the latest HyperOS weekly bug report
Over the past few years, Xiaomi has improved its Android skin, making it more stable. As a result, only a few bugs are reported on a weekly basis, unlike before. And since there are minor issues, the time taken to resolve these bugs has reduced. With the latest HyperOS weekly bug report, we know the problems Xiaomi users are having, and when they will be fixed.
Random Reboots
This problem seems exclusive to mid-range phones. However, only a few are impacted, as new reports suggest only the Poco M4 Pro and Redmi Note 11S users are facing the problem. Precisely, those in Europe running HyperOS versions OS1.0.6.0.TKEMIXM,
OS1.0.8.0.TKEEUXM So far, Xiaomi is still analyzing, but we recommend ignoring the builds if you haven’t installed them yet.
WhatsApp notification issues
You might be seeing missed calls on WhatsApp without hearing them ring. That’s probably due to the issue being experienced by all Xiaomi phone users. It is more like an issue with your device, as other phone brands are not reporting the problem. Nevertheless, there is a temporary solution pending when a fix will be released.
You can solve the issue by turning off the silent notifications function. Head to Settings >>Notifications & status bar >>App notifications>>WhatsApp.
Fonts displaying incorrectly
With the recent Android 15 stable release, Xiaomi 13T Pro and Xiaomi 14 users are reporting issues with their font. The European and Global ROM users are impacted, but that’s because only the two have received a stable Android 15. Nevertheless, Xiaomi is working to resolve the bug, but you can fix it temporarily by turning off the high-contrast text function.
Head to Settings>>Additional settings>>Accessible>>Vision>>High contrast text.
We understand you might be experiencing something that’s not listed on this page. Why not let Xiaomi know about it, and hopefully, they resolve it for you? Yes, you can report bugs to the company and make them fix them faster. Here is how to report bugs using your Xiaomi phone.
