Samsung has been among the first smartphone makers to release a new iteration of Android OS, but they are yet to start rolling out the stable One UI 7 update. Of course, it is based on Android 15, and it seems we must wait a few weeks before the update is available in the stable channel.

Like other smartphone companies, Samsung started testing Android 15Android 15 last year. While other phone makers that started about the same time are rolling out stable builds, Samsung has yet to complete the beta phase. According to reports, there will be a fourth beta release for the Galaxy S24 series.
Why is the Samsung stable One UI 7 update not ready yet?
We were hoping to see the stable One UI 7 update today, but that’s not happening. The last beta build did not go as planned, as it broke the screen color calibration on the Galaxy S24. That’s the only device currently testing the build. Ice Universe says Samsung has solved the problem and will release a new beta update to confirm the fix.
We understand the issue made the display more yellow than the ideal colors. Since the bug has been resolved, we now expect a release of a new beta build, probably this week. Unfortunately, that means the stable release will be delayed.
