Xiaomi has grown to a global brand in the last decade. The company currently has two sub-brands – Redmi and POCO – basically for affordable smartphones. This doesn’t come with any comprise, as we have seen in the last ten years of the company’s existence. They employ the best craftsmanship and materials for their device. Also, with the length of support for each phone, Xiaomi has been destined for the top.

The company started off offering decent smartphones for day-to-day activities, but recently, they’ve released game-centric smartphones. Aside from the Black Shark series, the company has affordable smartphones for gaming under its Redmi and POCO brands. The interesting thing is the affordable price without compromise to the build quality.

That’s the highest for any Xiaomi phone and coupled with the Snapdragon 865 with up to 8GB of RAM, it means the device can handle anything thrown at it. There’s a 5000mAh beefy battery that tops up at 33W.

Aside from the performance, you also get decent camera specs. Unfortunately, there’s no headphone jack, but with the Bluetooth 5.1 support, you can always use your TWS instead.

The POCO X3 Pro has been the most popular phone from Xiaomi’s stable for months now. According to the company, the phone has shipped 8million units globally since the official launch, thanks to the capable specification and affordable price tag.

The device features the Snapdragon 860 Octa-Core built on a 7nm process, meaning it’s power-efficient. Even at that, there’s a 5160mAh battery that tops up at 33W, meaning ample power and longer game time. Also, you get a 6.67-inch IPS LCD panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, 450nits, and Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection.

POCO F3 follows the path of the POCO X3 Pro. Both phones have some things in common – robust performance and an affordable price tag. It’s Snapdragon 870 5G SOC powering the device coupled with a 4520mAh that tops up at 33W. That would take under 52 minutes for a full charge.

With the 6.67-AMOLED panel, the device will deliver punchy colors and accurate details. Also, there’s support for 120Hz refresh rate, HDR 10+, and 1300nits of peak brightness. It has a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Unfortunately, there’s no headphone jack, and you can’t expand memory.

Xiaomi Redmi K50 Gaming Edition

The Redmi K50 Gaming is the direct successor of last year’s Redmi K40 Gaming. It features improved specifications by featuring the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Octa-Core processor with a single prime core at 3.0GHz. There’s a heat dissipation engine to reduce thermal conditions to keep the device performance stable.

The display is a 6.67-inch OLED panel and supports a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and up to 1700nits of peak brightness. That means punchy and accurate colors, smooth experience, and fluent gaming. Also, the 4700mAh battery that charges at 17 minutes with the 120W charging support means more gaming time.

Again, there’s no headphone jack, and you can’t expand the memory above 256GB. Meanwhile, there are physical magnetic gaming triggers for a smooth experience while playing your favorite games.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G

The Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G is the most affordable device on the list, with an asking price of $329 for the base version. It features a capable Snapdragon 695 5G Octa-Core SOC, built on 6nm to guarantee power efficiency. The SoC gets up to 8GB of RAM, meaning it can multitask and play most games in Google PlayStore.

Interestingly, the device supports a 3.5mm headphone jack, and you can expand the internal memory with Micro SD. Also, the battery is beefy at 5000mAh and supports 67W, which takes 42 minutes for a full charge.

The Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G display is also impressive, with the 6.67-inch AMOLED having support for 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and 1200nits of brightness while being protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

The Black Shark 4 is available for $381 currently. It’s a game-centric device from Xiaomi. That means the phone was built specifically for gaming, and hence, it comes with magnetic physical pop-up gaming triggers. Also, it runs a different UI (Joy UI 12.5).

Meanwhile, the device runs the Snapdragon 870 5G Octa-Core processor coupled with up to 12GB of RAM. The display is a 6.67-inch Super AMOLED panel with a 144Hz refresh rate for a smooth gaming experience. Also, there’s HDR10+ and 1300nits peak of brightness to spice things when it comes to playing with color.

Although there’s no option to expand the memory, the device comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack. It also supports 120W fast charging, and that takes 17 minutes to beef up the 4500mAh battery.
