Since the dawn of the Android 13 at the I/O, we’ve been seeing some interesting tweaks plus how leading phone brands combine their software with the Android 13 to produce something amazing. Speaking of likes of OneUI 5, and OxygenOS 13, among many others. Well, better late than never, the Android 13-based ColorOS 13 for Reno 8 Pro is set to arrive this month.
The season of the Android 13 is gradually coming to an end as the Big G has kick-started the Android 13 QPR1 Beta, after which we’ll be getting the Android 14– probably by Q2 2023. Nevertheless, we’re still getting the Android 13-based ColorOS 13 for Reno 8 Pro.
The beta version of the ColorOS 13 for Reno 8 Pro was released in India sometime in September, but Oppo has announced the arrival of the stable version this month. It will be rolling out in India by November 18 and before the end of the year (probably) all other regions would have joined in on the fun.
Meanwhile, while users are getting the ColorOS 13 for Reno 8 Pro, Oppo is also rolling out the stable version to the Reno 8 5G and K10 5G. Also, a few smartphones in the Reno series will be getting the beta version by November 9th and 18th and probably the official stable version will follow afterwards. Reno 6 Pro 5G, Reno 5 Pro 5G, and F19 Pro are scheduled to receive the beta update on November 9th while that of A74 5G is scheduled for November 18th.
What to expect from the ColorOS 13 for Reno 8 Pro
The ColorOS 13 for Reno 8 Pro should be bringing in the Aquamorphic design, a revamped Material You, a feature for avatar creation, better UI and other changes under the hood.
