Unfortunately, Noble ROM 3.0(Android 13 for Galaxy S9 and Note 9) is now only available for Galaxy S9, S9+, and Note 9 Exynos 9810 versions. That implies you won’t be able to flash Android 13 on your Galaxy S9 or Note 9 if you have a Qualcomm-powered North American model.
