It’s been two weeks since Samsung released the stable Android 14-based One UI 6 update in Europe. The much-anticipated upgrade is currently rolling out for users in the US but seems exclusive to Carrier-locked models.
Samsung Galaxy S23 users in the US have been waiting for the stable Android 14 update after the release in Europe. The update is now available, but only Carrier-locked units are getting the upgrade. Those on T-Mobile are reporting the arrival of the upgrade, while those on Verizon and AT&T are still waiting.
Of course, the update comes with all the expected features while bumping the Android security patch level to November 2023. According to the latest Google security bulletin, the new patch addressed security vulnerabilities ranging from high to critical, and we recommend installing the update.
The update comes with a version number S91xUSQUBWK4 and weighs 3.3GB. It’s available for Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra. If you’re using the US version of these phones, you can check for the update.

Those in the US can now download the stable Android 14-based One UI 6 update on their Galaxy S23. Head to Settings>>Software Updates>>Download and Install. If the update is available on your device, follow the screen prompt to finish the installation.
