Android Auto 12.5 stable is now available for everyone

It’s been seven days since we reported the Android 12.5 beta release, and the stable version is now available. This means everyone can install the update as Google continues to improve performance and resolve issues.

Android Auto 12.5 stable

Android Auto has received tremendous support from Google, though that might be due to issues reported by users. Recent updates have shown that these updates might not fix issues, as we keep seeing reports about new bugs. However, since these problems affect random users, we still recommend downloading new Android Auto updates as they address underlying issues and improve performance.

Meanwhile, the latest Android Auto 12.5 stable doesn’t have a changelog, but that’s not surprising. The update didn’t bring any new features, going by the beta release, as it focused on bug fixes and system improvements. You can install the update via the Play Store or use the link below to access the ApK file.

Google has released the new update to everyone, meaning you don’t need to be in the beta program to access the update. Head to the Play Store and install the upgrade or download, using this link.

We understand there are no new features associated with the latest release. Google seems to focus on bug fixes and system performance. Meanwhile, Google is working on some new additions for Android Auto, including integrating radio into the app. We expect more details about that in the coming days.
