Xiaomi has released the Weekly bug report to confirm issues affecting some of its phones. The Vol.117 of the report seems to have bugs from Vol.116, meaning the company is yet to resolve some of these problems. Meanwhile, POCO M3 Pro 5G and Xiaomi 13 users are reporting a new bug – network issues and difficulty connecting to Android Auto.
Xiaomi 13 debuted with Android 13 based on MIUI 14. The device has received a series of updates to resolve issues reported by early users, but it seems the new update introduces a new bug. According to the latest bug report, users are reporting difficulties connecting to Android Auto.
The Android Auto issue on Xiaomi 13 is affecting Global (MIUI 14.0.4.0 TMCMIXM), European (MIUI 14.0.15.0 TMCEUXM/MIUI 14.0.9.0 TMCEUXM), and Taiwan (V14.0.4.0.TMCTWXM) users. Apparently, the issue has persisted for a while, as the latest update for European models couldn’t address it.
Meanwhile, it’s a different situation for the POCO M3 Pro 5G users. The device received MIUI 14 upgrade recently, and it seems to break the network connectivity. It’s unclear what’s causing the issue as the company continues to analyze. Hopefully, they’ll release a fixed build in the coming days, but till then, we recommend leaving out the Android 13 upgrade for now.
We expect the next update to address the Android Auto not connecting issue and network problem on Xiaomi 13 and POCO M3 Pro 5G, respectively. Also, other bugs are expected to get a fix with an upcoming update below.
