It is not surprising to see rumors of Apple Foldable phones. The company is working on a few Foldable devices, but there is little or no news about when they will be available. However, the latest report has probably given us a clue when we might see the first Foldable units from Apple.
Major Smartphone makers have a Foldable device and a small form factor known as the Flip. It seems Apple will be targeting the Flip market, albeit as an iPad/MacBook Hybrid. Perhaps, it will be the first the company will launch, and it’s expected to debut alongside the Apple iPhone 17 series.
According to Jeff Pu, an analyst, Apple’s first Foldable phones are due in 2026. And while it will probably debut alongside the iPhone 17 next year, the units will arrive on the market towards the end of 2026. Unfortunately, that is the only information about the Apple Foldable release time frame.
It would be interesting to see what happens. Still, the analyst believes Apple is on schedule, especially after their recent exploit in securing a supply contract for the Foldable iPhone’s panel. We hope to learn more about the Apple Foldables in the coming weeks/months.
