Xiaomi is committed to rolling out Android 15 to its Redmi phones. The Chinese company is testing the upcoming Android version though only a few devices are eligible for the beta phase. Google recently reached Android 15 platform stability with the release of the latest beta update. Developers are now testing their apps for compatibility with Android 15, while OEMs are doing the same with their Android skin. We were waiting for MIUI 15 before Xiaomi confirmed its next Android skin will answer HyperOS. The rollout started in China before rolling out to the international models. While animation and stability were improved, there was not a big UI overhaul, as it could be difficult to tell the difference between MIUI and HyperOS.
