Xiaomi finally unveiled an affordable alternative to the Mi Note 10 that it released last year, dubbed Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite. The event also saw the Redmi Note 9 announced, with Note 9 Pro and Note 9S making their Global debut. The Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite follows the series trend of a curved display, now perfected with an Epic 3D AMOLED panel. The immersive 6.47-inch 19.5:9 aspect ratio FullHD+ display supports 400,000:1 contrast ratio and HDR 10. It has an in-display fingerprint scanner secured under a 3D Corning Gorilla Glass. The legend lives on as Xiaomi officially introduces the Redmi Note 9. The Pro and Max variants are not on sale in China but have made their global debut alongside the regular variant. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 revolves around a 6.53-inch FullHD+ display with a 90% body-to-screen ratio. While we wait on the official announcement from Xiaomi as to when the MIUI 12 update will start arriving on Global devices, a new Mi 9T Pro Global Beta stable update starts arriving instead. The update is coming with a version number MIUI 11.0.6.0 QFKMIXM on the international variant, and on the European unit, it’s arriving with MIUI 11.0.6.0 QFJKEUXM. The update is currently arriving in batches for Beta Team members, Mi Pilots, and users running official and latest Stable beta ROM.
