Xiaomi has released the December 2022 security patch update for its phones. The Chinese company is currently seeding the update to select devices globally and in India.
In a bid to make Android more secure and resolve any security vulnerability on time, Google keeps working closely with OEMs to bring timely security patch updates. Xiaomi, in the past couple of months, has improved its security patch deployment, with only Google and Samsung ahead in deploying the latest Android security patch.
As expected, the company has started rolling out the December 2022 patch to improve system performance and resolve issues. Also, the update improves system security and stability.
