Xiaomi introduced the Mi CC 9 series last year in partnership with Meitu. The device was released in July last year, and one year later, the company is all set to announce a successor. But while the company is yet to release a teaser of the upcoming Xiaomi Mi CC10, details of the phone have popped online.
From the images that have been seen online, the Xiaomi Mi CC10 design is different from the predecessor. The device will have a dot display at the far left corner of the screen for the selfie snapper. A recent listing of the Mi CC10 screen protector on Alibaba confirms the dot display while hinting at a 3D curved glass.
At the back, instead of vertically aligned sensors, the camera shooters will be mounted on a circular plate. There’s no fingerprint scanner, which could mean the use an in-display reader. It also means the screen will be an AMOLED panel as we are yet to see an LCD panel that supports an in-screen reader.
Meanwhile, according to early reports by Xiaomishka, the Xiaomi Mi CC10 will feature yet to announce Snapdragon 775G Octa-Core SoC. The device will have a primary 108MP shooter, and at least one of the sub cameras will be a telephoto lens with up to 12x optical zoom, which will be capable of 120x digital zoom.

The Xiaomi Mi CC9 10 is expected to premiere in July. Unfortunately, there’s no news to confirm if there will be the Mi CC10E nor the Pro variant. However, if the time frame for the launch is correct, then it won’t be long until we see an official teaser from Xiaomi. And when they do, we hope to learn more about the features, official launch date, among other features of the device.
