The POCO F3 is one of the most affordable budget smartphones at the moment. It’s a rebadged Redmi K40 that debuted in China before making its global debut under the POCO F3. It has a tall 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. The display supports HDR10+ and up to 1300nits peak brightness. There’s a centered punch-hole for the front 20MP selfie camera, while at the back, there’s a primary 48MP shooter, 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and 5MP macro shooter. All the sensors can shoot exquisite shots, but with Gcam on Poco F3, details are improved.
Google camera app, popularly known as Gcam, is the most sought-after camera app among smartphone enthusiasts. And even though the app is exclusive for Pixel phones, thanks to developers who develop mods for these apps to work on most Android smartphones. Unfortunately, the mod for the latest Gcam 8.2 is still under development but will soon be available for download. Nevertheless, there are other versions of Gcam that work on Poco F3.
