The latest Samsung phone to start getting the One UI 6.1 update is the Galaxy A23. Those in South Korea are reporting the release, which we expect to arrive in more countries in the coming days.
Samsung continues to upgrade eligible phones to One UI 6.1, with only mid-range phones left to get the update. As expected, the two-year-old Galaxy A23 is getting the update but fails to bring the Galaxy AI features. It means the phone misses out on live translation, circle to chat, summary, and others.
However, with the Galaxy A24 One UI 6.1 update, Samsung has resolved some issues and improved performance. They introduced some new video and photo editing tools, which are available in the Gallery app after upgrading.
The update is coming with version number A235NKSU5EXE3 and weighs about 2 GB. Meanwhile, it is the 4G models getting the update, with the 5G variants expected to receive the update soon.
