Samsung started rolling out the stable Android 14 update with One UI 6 with the Galaxy S23 series before extending it to the S22 series. The tech company has now released the Galaxy A54 Android 14 update.
The initial One UI 6 rollout schedule might have been taken down, but Samsung seems to lean towards it with the latest Android 14 releases. They are rolling out the Galaxy A54 Android 14 update, which is on the list to receive the upgrade this month. While the list is for European models, it’s the Galaxy A54 in the US upgrading to Android 14 with a stable One UI 6 build.
The update is hitting the Carrier-locked version on the device. Those on AT&T are reporting the arrival of the update, while we expect unlocked versions to start getting the upgrade soon. It comes with a version number ending with BWK4.
Aside from introducing the expected features, the update bumps the Android security patch level to October 2023. You can check for the update if you are using the carrier-locked version in the US.
When will Galaxy A54 Android 14 update arrive in Europe?
The latest release is currently available in the US, and we expect the next stop to be Europe. As usual, the update will likely arrive for those who participated in the beta tests before arriving for everyone. Hence, it’s hard to say when the update will arrive, but we expect the release to everyone in the coming weeks.
