You can’t be speaking of camera prowess and wouldn’t mention the Korean tech giant. The various enhancements they equip in their camera hardware and software are just amazing. Speaking of the camera pro mode, the introduction of the S22 Camera features into specific phones and then camera enhancements from OneUI 4.1. Meanwhile, the brand has disbursed the Galaxy Enhanced-X app which might just be on par with the Google Camera app.

The Galaxy Enhanced-X app is an AI-powered app and as the name goes, it uses artificial intelligence to enhance already taken images to something more aesthetic. It’s in a way similar to already existing editing apps like Adobe Lightroom, Snapseed, PicsArt, and the rest.

Meanwhile, adding to the enhancements in previously existing images, the Galaxy Enhanced-X app helps in brightening up dark pictures, improving blurry images, alongside removing repetitive details on pictures. It is worth noting that once you’re done editing with the Galaxy Enhanced-X app, your enhanced image and the previous counterpart are saved in JPEG format.

Since the app was just released on July 7, 2022, not many Galaxy smartphone users are aware of the software. Meanwhile, the interface of the app seems easy to navigate through. It displays Fix, Brighten, HDR, Blur, as well as Sharpen options when you open an image. Not to forget the More option which shows Portrait, Fix Moire, Remove reflection, and Face Enhancements options on tap.
