Samsung is rolling out two more Android 13 updates, the Galaxy F12 and Galaxy A03 Android 13 update and with these smartphones being the lowest end, it’s very unlikely that any of the smartphones from Samsung haven’t gotten the Android 13 update.
The brand kickstarted the stable Android 13 update rollout sometime in October last year with the flagships and ever since it has been updates here and there to a vast majority of Samsung Galaxy smartphones. What’s more intriguing is the fact that the brand mentions that the Android 14 rollout will be faster – well, we’ll get our popcorn and see how the show will play out.
Back to the subject matter, the Galaxy F12 and Galaxy A03 Android 13 update bear firmware version A035FXXU2CVL4 and F127GXXU3CVL4 alternatively and both of them are the core OneUI 5. By that, we mean, the Galaxy F12 and Galaxy A03 Android 13 update (with the OneUI 5) contains the core functionalities of the OneUI 5 which are few compared to that on the flagships.
It is worth noting that the brand integrated the November security patch in the Galaxy F12 Android 13 update which will be fixing over 40 vulnerabilities on the smartphone. As regards the availability, the Galaxy A03 Android 13 update is rolling out in Serbia currently and the Galaxy F12 is currently available in India, but other regions will follow suit in the coming weeks – as usual.
