We’ve had a lot and a lot of features in the OneUI 5 (software created by the Korean tech giant that’s integrated with the Android 13) beta releases since. But it seems the brand has focused on mainly bug fixes with the Galaxy S22 OneUI 5 beta 4 update.
The Galaxy S22 OneUI 5 beta 4 update bears a firmware version ending in ZVJ2 and will be available in Europe and India – possibly more regions will follow in the coming weeks.
What’s new?
While it removed the Multi-user feature from this flagship, it brought in the tweak where you can either choose to leave or remove the Favourite and Recent sections in the Gallery app. And speaking of bug fixes, the issue where Do not Disturb mode is activated inadvertently is fixed.
Some other issues that were fixed via the Galaxy S22 OneUI 5 beta 4 update are the haptic feedback issue, Object Eraser malfunction, App folder crash, Widget frame breaking issue, and of course the changing of wallpaper issue among many others.
What’s more is that alongside the Galaxy S22 OneUI 5 beta 4 update is the October SMR, so that means, not just bug fixes but security enhancements as well.
