The Galaxy S23 FE also received One UI 6.1 update with the March security patch and now, the latest security patch update is available for download.
With the Galaxy S23 FE April 2024 security patch update rolling out, it makes sense why the One UI 6.1 update arrived with the March security patch. Samsung probably wants to use the latest update, which brings the current security patch level, to address all the bugs that would surface after the upgrade. That seems to be the case as S23 FE users have been reporting some issues.
Meanwhile, Samsung is rolling out the Galaxy S23 FE April 2024 security patch with version number S711BXXS2CXD1. It is available for those in Europe while other regions are expected to get the update soon. Aside from introducing the latest security patch level, the update has resolved some issues, with the fingerprint recognition bug now sorted.
