Samsung started rolling out the much-anticipated One UI 6.1.1 update to the Galaxy S24 series last week. The update didn’t change the One UI version on these phones but has introduced all the features of the upgrade. However, some might not be available for the Galaxy S23 FE as it starts getting the update.
The Galaxy S23 FE One UI 6.1.1 update is rolling out in South Korea with version number S711NKSU3BXH7. It weighs 2.3 GB and comes with the September 2024 security patch. According to Google’s latest security bulletin, the update resolved serious security vulnerabilities, and we recommend installing the update.
Meanwhile, the One UI 6.1.1 update has introduced some AI features, though we are yet to confirm the ones available for the Galaxy S23 FE. We expect the device to get language translation for voice recording added to Samsung Notes, Listening Mode in Interpreter, Live Translate for third-party calling and messaging apps, PDF overlay, and more. You can check out the complete changelog here.
While the update is already rolling out in Korea, it might still take days to get it, even when you are in that region. Samsung needs stability and reliability data before pushing the update to more people. Nevertheless, you can check the update via Settings apps to see if you have got it.

The update is available for limited people but should be available for everyone in the coming days. You can download it from Settings>>System update>>Download and install. Ensure to backup your data before installing the update so you don’t lose any of it.
