Samsung has started rolling out the latest security patch update for the Galaxy S23 series. The release is limited to a few users and regions, but we expect a wider rollout in the coming days.

Samsung is among the first smartphone companies to release a new security patch update every month. They are rolling out the build for the S24 series, and the Galaxy S23 February 2025 security patch is available for download.
However, the release is limited to those in South Korea, but we understand other countries will get the update soon. It comes in a 435 MB package, and you will identify the update with a build number S91xNKSU5CYB1. We recommend installing the upgrade when prompted, as it resolved over 40 security flaws.
How to install the Galaxy S23 February 2025 security patch?
Samsung is rolling out the update for the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus, and Galaxy S23 Ultra. It’s a limited release, but you can check for it via Settings>>System updates>>Download & Install. We recommend installing the update as it’s a step closer to the much-anticipated One UI 7 upgrade.
