The next Samsung flagship series, Samsung Galaxy S23 series, is on the way and a lot of rumours have been surfacing online ever since. We’ve got another, and this says the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra display is expected to be the brightest compared to even the iPhone 14 Pro Max.
According to a reliable Twitter tipster, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra display will be getting a peak brightness of about 2100 nits which is a huge upgrade compared to the 1750 nits on the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. Speaking further, the tipster mentioned that the numbers might get higher than predicted (probably 2200) with 2100 nits being the minimum peak brightness to expect.
This makes the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra display the brightest display in the world. For reference, the just-released iPhone 14 Pro Max display sits at 2000 nits.
Other than the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra display
As mentioned earlier, there are features of this smartphone that has been released (plus renders). First off, the camera. The camera seen in the Samsung Galaxy S23 and S23+ designs is likened to that on the S22 Ultra. Each camera sensor bears its hollow structure, no more the islands that group camera sensors together. Although this feature was present on just the S22 Ultra, it seems it will be spreading to all the Samsung Galaxy S23 series.
As regards display, there isn’t anything new – still the full display and a centred hole punch that bears the selfie camera – however, the Samsung Galaxy S23+ will be a bit bigger than the S22+ at the same 6.6 inches but 157.7 x 76.1 x 7.6mm different from the latter which has dimensions 157.4 x 75.8 x 7.6 mm.
According to Yogesh Brar, the Samsung Galaxy S23 series bear a 200MP main camera(which is an upgrade compared to its predecessor), a 12MP ultrawide, and a 10MP telephoto capable of 3x optical zoom alongside another 10MP telephoto lens capable of 10x optical zoom. We’ve got details on the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra display, colour options to expect, dimensions and render details – more to come before this smartphone debuts.
