Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite Lineage OS 19 ROM is now available
The Lineage OS 19 is an Android 12-based operating system which was made available to certain devices a few weeks ago. The Lineage OS 19 builds for the Samsung Galaxy S10 series among other phone brands’ smartphones have been made available earlier, and the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite Lineage OS 19 has joined the rollout party.
This Lineage OS is mainly for users who want to add a bit of spice to their old phones and explore better OS. Not only the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite Lineage OS 19 but also the Lineage OS for Oneplus 5 is available. The current Lineage OS is Android 12-based.
How do I get the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite Lineage OS 19
The WiFi-only variant of the Galaxy Tab S6 has gotten the rollout and it’s high time the LTE version got the package. To get the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite Lineage OS 19, the device has to be updated to OneUI 4.1( or you can manually flash the firmware)before installing the Lineage OS.
Having done the first step, installing the Lineage OS 19 shouldn’t be a big deal. To do this, you’ll need an unlocked bootloader as well as a custom recovery installed on your device. The Lineage OS team has however provided recovery images to make the transition easier. Ensure to back up data so you can restore it after installation.
