Samsung starts rolling out One UI 6.1.1 update for Galaxy Z Fold/Flip 5 in India

Samsung is still rolling out the One UI 6.1.1 update to eligible phones. The update has just arrived for the Galaxy S23 series in Europe, and now, the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Z Flip 5 are getting the upgrade in India.

It has been only a few days since the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Z Flip 5 One UI 6.1.1 update was released in Korea. The upgrade is now available in India with firmware versions F946BXXU3DXH7 and F731BXXU3DXH9, respectively.

The update brings Galaxy AI features, though some available for the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6 are missing. In addition, the September security patch didn’t make it with the release, as the device still runs the August 2024 patch. We are probably getting a new update with the latest security patch soon.

Samsung is rolling out the update in batches. It might take some days to arrive on your device, but you force it via Settings>>System update>>Download and install. Ensure to back up your files before installing the update.
