Samsung Galaxy A56 was announced a few days ago with amazing features. The most eye-catching thing about the phone is the design. It has a nearly bezel-less display and a compact camera housing that houses the triple camera sensors. Samsung has equipped the device with amazing camera hardware, and when combined with the Google camera produces fascinating results.

Smartphone photography has improved in the past few years. We now see phones with 1-inch sensors, and while the Galaxy A56 does not feature a big sensor, it comes with a 50MP 1/1.56’’ primary sensor paired with two additional lenses – 12MP 1/3.06” (Ultra wide) and 5MP (Macro). While these lenses combined produce detailed shots, installing Gcam on Galaxy A56 will take your experience to a new level.
Why install Gcam on Galaxy A56
The Samsung camera app has amazing features, but it has been proven that Google Camera performs better with still photos. Additionally, many features exclusive to Pixel phones start working after installing Gcam on the Galaxy A56.
- Astrophotography Mode – Ideal for capturing clear night sky shots.
- HDR+ Enhanced Mode – Produces well-balanced, high-dynamic-range images.
- Night Mode – Great for low-light photography.
- Portrait Mode – Delivers a natural depth-of-field effect.
Of course, the stock Samsung camera app offers some of these features, but Google’s optimized processing often achieves more natural and detailed results. With Gcam on Galaxy A56, you will enjoy improved indoor photography, excellent portrait shores, and an overall enhanced photography experience.

There are many Gcam ports, but we recommend installing them from trusted developers. Thanks to BSG and Armova8G2, the community always has the latest Google Camera app available for non-Pixel phones. Unfortunately, the Pixel Camera 9.8 hasn’t been released yet, but you can install the 9.6 version.
