Global POCO F5 HyperOS update has started rolling out to eligible users. The update is limited to Mi Pilots members for preview and will take two weeks before everyone gets the much-anticipated upgrade.
It has been a few days since POCO F5 received the HyperOS update in Europe. The update arrived in India recently, and now the global POCO F5 HyperOS update has been released. It brings all the expected features while bumping the Android security patch level to December 2023 to increase system security and stability.

Meanwhile, the update is rolling out with a version number OS1.0.2.0.UMRMIXM and weighs 5.2GB. Before installing the update, we recommend backing up your data in incase of any issues, but so far, we haven’t seen any major problems after the upgrade. Also, while waiting for the OTA, ensure that your bootloader is locked, otherwise, you will not get the update.
