AnTuTu has now released the list of global top-performing smartphones of November 2020. A total of 10 phones are on the list, and the Huawei Mate 40 Pro with Kirin 9000 is the most powerful SoC in the flagship category. Also, in the mid-range category, Huawei’s Krini 985 is on top of the list, probably because the Redmi 10X 5G, which is on top of the leaderboard in China, isn’t available in the global market.
Top ten performing flagship phones of November 2020
On top of the list is Huawei Mate 40 Pro with the company’s latest Kirin 9000 SoC. It sits on the top of the leaderboard with an average point of 661,059, while the ASUS ROG phone 3 could only pull a total of 632,274 to occupy the second spot on the list. The Oppo Find X2 Pro is now down to third with an average score of 615,410, followed by the iQOO Neo 3.
Samsung Galaxy phones occupy the sixth and seventh positions. They’re Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G with 603,352 points and Galaxy Z Fold2 5G with 596,482, respectively. Further down the list is the OnePlus 8 Pro, Mi 10T Pro 5G, OnePlus 8T, and Blackshark 3, all with Snapdragon 865. However, only the Mate 40 Pro runs a different processor on the list, and that’s according to the ranking, is the most powerful.
Top ten performing mid-range phones of November
The global top ten performing mid-range phones for November is different from the Chinese version that was released some days ago. It’s because some devices on the Chinese version are not available globally, such as the Redmi 10X series.
Meanwhile, it’s the Honor 30 that leads the pack here with Kirin 985 SoC, followed by another Kirin 985 powered Huawei Nova 7 smartphone. Redmi K30 5G pulled a total point of 326,679, and that could only get it the third position with Mi 10 Lite 5G on fourth. Surprisingly, the Redmi Note 8 Pro from last year with MediaTek G90T SoC is on seventh and above the POCO X3 NFC, which is last on the list.
Huawei’s Kirin SoC has dominated the list this time, and it doesn’t seem anything will change when this month’s results are published. We might have to wait till Q1 2021, when OEMs are going to release their flagship phones with Snapdragon 888 SoC, to see a change.
