The official launch of the Google Pixel 9 flagship phone is in a few weeks, and with almost all the features of the devices revealed, it’s time to learn about their prices. Ahead of the official unveiling, the European pricing of the Pixel 9 series has leaked, hinting at a price hike.
The Pixel 9 series phones will see a price hike, at least in Europe, although the latest leak is from a French retailer. We expect the supposed price to apply to all countries where the device will be sold officially in Europe.
Google will release four devices – Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, Pixel 9 Pro XL and Pixel Pro Fold. Of course, these units will be priced differently, with the most affordable, the Pixel 9, having four colors.
The Pixel 9 will be available in four colors – Obsidian (Volcanic Black), Porcelain, Cosmo, and Mojito. Google is said to price the device €100 higher than the Pixel 8, which is selling at €799 currently. As such, the Pixel 9 with 128 GB ROM starts at €899 and €999 for the 256 GB ROM option.
While the Pixel 9 Pro will be available in four colors, the storage option determines the availability. Interestingly, Google seems to keep the price the same as the Pixel 8 Pro, currently going for €1,099.
The 128 GB variant comes in Obsidian, Porcelain, Hazel (Sage Green), and Pink. It starts at €1,099, while the 256 GB option is priced at €1,199 and will be available in Obsidian, Porcelain, Hazel, and Pink.
There are only two colors – Obsidian and Hazel for the 512 GB memory configuration that starts at €1,329.
Google Pixel 9 Pro XL starts at €1,199 for the 128 GB variant and will be available in Obsidian, Porcelain, and Hazel. You get to choose from Obsidian, Porcelain, Hazel, or Pink when you pay €1,299 for the 256 GB model. The 512 GB ROM is available in Obsidian and Hazel for €1,429, while the 1TB model for €1,689 will be available in Obsidian only.
It is interesting to see the Pixel 9 Pro Fold retaining the €1,899 price of the first generation. Google is expected to sell the Foldable in more countries after limiting the original to the UK, US, Germany, and Japan. You will pay €1,899 for 256 GB and €2,029 for 522 models.
