Ahead of the stable release in December, a new Android 15 QPR1 Beta 1.1 update is now rolling out. Google has now included support for the recent Pixel 9 series phones, which were left out of the initial release.

If you are wondering, stable Android 15 is not yet available. Google will release the source code to AOSP next week, while the stable release to Pixel phones will start in mid-October. It’s not stopping the tech company from testing the next Quarterly Platform release, expected in December.
The update is rolling out with a build number AP41.240726.0.10. It comes with a fix for the issue that sometimes causes a device to restart. As expected, the August 2024 security patch update is coming with the update.
