We got tipped off about Google’s Pixel Tablet sometime in May and then at the launch of the ever-sleek Pixel 7 series. Some other rumors and leaks were still surfacing from that period and even till now but we’ve never heard of Google’s Pixel Tablet appearing on Facebook Marketplace – well, not anymore.
The listing on Facebook Marketplace sets the price of the tablet at about $400 and the tablet is seen with the Pixel Launcher (however in tablet form). Furthermore, what makes Google’s Pixel Tablet on the Facebook Marketplace a bit real is the Pixel 7 wallpaper in the background (well, the wallpaper can be obtained and placed there but still). On specs, it was gathered that it’s 256GB storage and probably, 6GB and 8GB on the RAM front.
Meanwhile, there seems to be a charging speaker dock that will be transforming the Tablet into a Nest Hub. According to the Big G, the dock “transforms your tablet from something that sits in your drawer to an integral part of your life”.
More on the Google’s Pixel Tablet
First up, we have Wi-Fi 6 support and it’s a 10.95″ screen. Furthermore, it was said that this smartphone will be coming in with a stylus, however, it seems its availability is taking the Samsung tradition – it might not be shipped with the tablet
Earlier rumors revealed that this Tablet will be coming in with the Android 13 out of the box but will be lacking the proximity sensor, a barometer and GPS support – touch luck. Earlier rumors also suggest that this Tablet will not be getting any new chip, it’s the Tensor from the Pixel 6 lineup.
We don’t know why the brand isn’t making use of the second-generation Tensor chip present in the Google Pixel 7 series and to even ponder further, the Google Pixel Tablet is scheduled to come after the Google Pixel 7 series. Well, since we’re still left in a gray area – thanks to no official announcement from Google – we should take every leak and rumour regarding the Google’s Pixel Tablet specs with a pinch of salt as they are subject to change.
