Every week, Xiaomi releases a bug report highlighting issues being experienced by its phone users. The latest HyperOS weekly report suggests that Spotify is still crashing some phones while some people miss incoming calls and a pop-up error code. Fortunately, these bugs are being worked on, and a fix will arrive soon.
There have been a few reports recently about bugs affecting Xiaomi phones. While the company has resolved some, the issue with Spotify seems to have persisted. The problem started after the update at the beginning of the month. It currently affects many people across the globe, but we understand the company is working on the issue. We expect a fix soon, but you should check for a new Spotify app update on the Play Store.
Meanwhile, Portuguese users on the NOS Operator are missing their incoming calls. We believe you only get a notification for a missed call but never ring out or show you are having a call. It’s not tied to a particular HyperOS build but affects only select phones. These are the Redmi 10C, Redmi 13C, Redmi A2, and Redmi Note 13.
There’s already work in progress to resolve the problem, and we believe it will start rolling out soon. Meanwhile, you can check the updater app to see if there’s a new update.
If you are experiencing the pop-up error code prompts on your home screen, know that the company is aware. Xiaomi is working with Tencent to resolve the issue, and hopefully, a fix will arrive soon. Other issues will be fixed with the next OTA update. We recommend checking the updater app if you are experiencing any big, as Xiaomi is rolling out new updates with bug fixes.
