The Galaxy Watch 5 and Watch 5 Pro have been getting some rumors since they came into the limelight. We’ve got the colors, prices, the build material which was said to be sleek, and then some details of the software. Meanwhile, the official renders of Galaxy Watch 5 and Watch 5 Pro have surfaced.
Details gotten from the official renders of Galaxy Watch 5 and Watch 5 Pro
The tipster, Evan Blass shared the official renders of the Galaxy Watch 5 and Watch 5 Pro being “high resolution and 3D turntable”. Looking at the photos from the 3D turntable renders, the 44mm variant of the smartwatch will be coming in an amazing expansion of colors. By that we mean, we get the Standard Silver and Graphite as well as the Pale Blue Sapphire.
Meanwhile, Blass also presumes that there will be a smaller 40mm variant with Pink Gold color, and this information tallies with our last leak of the wearable. Speaking of build materials, it seems the Korean tech giant is equipping the two sizes with Sapphire Crystal and not Gorilla Glass DX. This build material holds for both the BT and LTE model.
Meanwhile, other expected specs are the GPS, 5 ATM water resistance, and possibly the OneUI 4.5 and Wear OS 3.5, however, there is no specific report of the latter. Looking at the official renders of Galaxy Watch 5 and Watch 5 Pro, the Watch 5 seems to bear last year’s model while Watch 5 Pro gets its rotating bezel substituted by what the Korean brand calls a Digital bezel, which will possibly enhance finger placement and accuracy.
