Nothing has been trying to make a prominent mark in the world of gadgets and has been hard at work. We got the Nothing Phone 1 and it was quite sleek in its way, thanks to its design and software and now we’ve got a new TWS from the brand. Nothing Ear (Stick) is the new TWS earbuds the brand is working on and they have been releasing videos and photos showing all there is to it – designs and all that.
Well, if you haven’t gotten to know what the Nothing Ear (Stick) is offering as regards TWS earbuds, then Kuba Wojciechowski – a developer – has got you covered. Kuba shared the official Nothing Ear (Stick) renders further revealing all there is to the design of this wearable, let’s take a look.
What we could discern from the official Nothing Ear (Stick) renders
According to the renders shared by Kuba, via Twitter, the Nothing Ear (Stick) will be taking up a cylindrical case and the buds itself is a flat transparent stem – like the Ear 1 – but with a “bulbous hard plastic tip” alongside red and white dots showing which is left or right.
Sadly, the soft silicone tip present in its predecessor isn’t on these earbuds, so we might not be getting the active noise cancellation feature. Meanwhile, on the cylindrical case, there’s a “twist to open/close mechanism” integrated into the piece, although we still get the same design language and colour as the older model.
In the absence of the ANC and possibly wireless charging – owing to the case design – the Nothing Ear (Stick) might cost less than the predecessor. That said, these tweaks might be subject to change as Nothing might still be cooking up something better.
