OnePlus has been having some activities going on recently. Speaking of the rollout of the July and June SMR and even making moves for the Android 13-based OxygenOS 13 on the flagships. Meanwhile, sources have spotted the OnePlus Nord Watch, and let’s take a look at what we’ve got.
Sometime in 2021, a OnePlus Watch was released and while it pulled some tech enthusiasts due to its hardware and a price tag of $159, people still thought there was still much to be done as regards the software. Well, since the brand is cooking up another wearable, OnePlus Nord Watch, much is expected. We specifically do not know what the OnePlus Nord Watch has to offer, just leaked images that surfaced online.
Details discovered from the leaked images of the OnePlus Nord Watch
The leaked images obtained from Twitter look like the watch has got the N-Health app and there is a showcase of the Watch’s thumbnail. Looking at the design, it ditches the circular design present in the OnePlus Watch for something somewhat of an Apple Watch.
There’s a crown positioned at the right side of the wearable, but different from the Apple Watch, it is designed in such a way that there might be buttons on the top and bottom. In addition, the brand aimed for something more stylish on the OnePlus Nord Watch by lifting off the wrist strap connections making it sleek.
Moving away from hardware, the software might just be enhanced in a way. We spotted the N Health in the leaked images and of course as expected most watches these days bear fitness tracking features. There is also the Daily Activity feature taking notes of calories burnt, exercise, and all that.
Meanwhile, we also get to see some nice watch faces of which you can still input photos as a watch face, quite interesting for a Watch unlikely to run on Wear OS. Furthermore, the Watch was slated to go for about $125 according to sources. This is a friendly budget and looking at these features the OnePlus brand might just have other highlight features in the OnePlus Nord Watch that will make it stand out, we’ll keep an eye out for more tweaks.
